There's a common thread running through the astrology and energetics world right now: intensity, and rebirth. We're in the Fire Horse year — fast-moving, catalytic, stampeding ahead. And I'm seeing this exact theme in the inquiries coming in for quantum healing hypnosis sessions.

Not crisis, necessarily, though maybe. More like an unnamed itch under the skin — a sense of not quite fitting your own life the way you used to.
