Homelessness-is the condition of lacking stable, safe, and functional housing.
It is a word/condition/situation that I hope most never have to know personally. The conditions our area have already been experiencing with our weather has reached code purple, which is our most critical level. From being someone who has experienced homelessness, Essential Purpose will be holding its 5th annual homeless drive. Stats show that we still have 171, May's numbers, that still live outside of shelters. I definitely believe there are more but I would like that to be a start as a goal for this year.
