Join Amber Summers and I for Back to Basics: A Breathwork Retreat in Esterillos, Oeste from Jan 16-22nd!

We'll be living in a sweet hostel right across the road from the beach, for a week long exploration of Conscious Breathwork. Our intention is to create a safe and loving space for you to step out of the daily stress/worries/to-do's, and into a more relaxed state of being. 



We'll begin the week with a welcome Cacao Ceremony lead by a local farmer/shaman to open our hearts as we connect with the land, and our intentions. Along with 4 group breathwork journeys, and daily morning meditation, we'll learn how to tune-in more deeply with what our bodies and subconscious minds are telling us. 



We'll have plenty of opportunity to rest and to play while we're doing the work. With additional activities such as a hike at https://rainmakercostarica.com mid week, surf lessons, horse back riding, yoga, massage, Reiki, and private Breathwork with me.
