Winter is coming and less light per day. Try using your light boxes. Plan some thing weekly, big or small priced that adds meaning to your life.
Seasonal Affecttive Disorder SAD is akways a possibility in these winter minths
I like to see friends at lunch or meet my husband somewhere at least once a week.
Vacations big or small every three months.
