Early May, Mark, Lauren, Christina, and Sarah attended the 2026 American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery conference in Savannah ✨

We had the opportunity to learn from some of the leading laser researchers and educators in the world and bring back the latest advancements, techniques, and safety knowledge to better serve our patients. We’re always committed to continuing education and providing the best possible care 💛

😬Alright, time to get a little vulnerable here. No one ever likes to share the “before”, but here it is!

On the left, me at 35 years old, pre Botox, filler, or any aesthetic treatments.

Fast forward 5 years, I’m now just a few weeks away from 40 and I look younger than I did at 35 🤩

People are often afraid to do aesthetic treatments for fear of looking “fake” or “done”. This misconception is due to celebrities sharing their bad experiences very publicly. What you don’t see? The many other celebrities receiving aesthetic treatments that look “natural”, but AREN’T talking about it!! (I hate that)

So what does my routine look like?

💉Botox every 3 months
💉Filler in cheeks, under-eye, chin and lips
💧🧬ProCell Microchanneling and Hydrafacials whenever I can fit them in, 3-5ish each per year
🧴Medical grade skincare (SkinMedica) at home every day
