The Florida team has expanded into Gator territory!

Natalie holds a Master of Arts in Special Education. Her background in behavior analysis allows her to use evidence-based strategies while keeping coaching collaborative and person-centered. She believes effective coaching should help individuals recognize their own strengths, build confidence, and develop skills they can use independently rather than simply relying on someone else to do things for them.

Navigating college life in recovery shouldn't be an isolating journey. 🤝💜

Campus culture often normalizes high-risk substance use, making it challenging for sober students to find their circle. Collegiate Recovery Programs (CRPs) create safe, vibrant, and substance-free spaces where students connect with peers who share their lived experiences and values. A community that values recovery, paired with coaching, can support a college student so that they don't have to choose between sobriety and pursuing a college experience.

Ann is a powerhouse that we're thrilled to have on the Asheville team! As a public high school teacher in her 20s, Ann learned the importance of connection and used relationship to inspire and sustain her teaching practices with students. Her years working with Outward Bound instilled grit and resilience, which has affected her coaching skills. Later, while earning my M.A. in Education Leadership, she explored the power of imagination to improve memory. Her methodology, which incorporates elements of many proven educational approaches, is prescriptive, interactive, and co-creative. She is dedicated to finding the approach that works best for your child and your family.

We're proud to announce a new addition to our NY team. Jackie has built a career centered on supporting others through mental health counseling, crisis intervention, education, and program development. She earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has accumulated extensive experience providing direct support to individuals navigating emotional and life challenges. Throughout her career, she has also developed and delivered mental health education, trained and supported helping professionals, and contributed to programs designed to make mental health resources more accessible. Jackie values continued learning and professional growth and brings that same mindset into her coaching—helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
