There is a reason you keep "shoulding" on yourself.

It is not a character flaw and It is not that you have not done enough work.

Being yourself and becoming yourself are 2 different things.

Being yourself has everything to do with the now. Becoming yourself is what you are evolving into.

It is the future based on what is now.
Often what is needed to become yourself with love is an acknowledgment of who you were first.

An acceptance and even a gratitude of what has happened and how you have arrived where you are in your life right now.

And that’s OK too.

You don’t need them to approve of your truth. It’s good feedback but just leave it there at the feet of Creator.

Other people’s opinions do not determine your value or worth nor do they need to take away from who you are and why you are here.

Stay the course friends.

Listen to their messages and then tell the demons to go away  and continue to brighten in authenticity and compassionate expression. 

Letting go of the need to please will help you cultivate strong and respect - starting with yourself.
