Book your next appointment

Hey Friends,

There’s been a small delay in my hospital onboarding process, so I’ve opened up a couple extra clinic days for appointments.

For the next two weeks, I’ll be available on:
• Tuesdays
• Fridays

If you’ve been meaning to come in, now’s a great time to grab a spot.

Click below to book now!

Some of you may not have received my previous email, so I wanted to share the update again: I’ve officially accepted a position at Cherokee Indian Hospital.

Because of this transition, Flower Mountain Acupuncture will eventually be open on Fridays only once I begin practicing there full time.

I know this may feel like a bit of mixed news for some of you, but don’t worry — I’ll still be seeing patients in Asheville on Fridays and look forward to continuing to work with many of you there.

Thank you all so much for your support over the years. It truly means a lot.

I have some big news to share!

Chris Jacobs has accepted an Acupuncturist position at Cherokee Indian Hospital

I know this may be mixed news for some of you in Asheville.

My new position at Cherokee Indian Hospital will serve the tribal community exclusively, so I will not be able to continue seeing non-tribal clients there. The good news is that Flower Mountain Acupuncture isn't going anywhere — I'll simply be shifting my Asheville schedule to Fridays only.

I sincerely apologize if Fridays don't work for you. I'm happy to provide referrals to a skilled colleague who can meet your needs in the meantime.

I begin my new role on May 11th, and my online scheduling has already been updated to reflect the new days and times.

I am deeply grateful for each of you. Thank you for trusting me with your care.

Warm wishes,

Chris Jacobs L.Ac.

Happy Mid Autumn!

Hello everyone,

It sure has been a wild year for us here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Many people have been through a lot. Some things have shifted and some things remain the same. I have recently climbed to the top of several of our tallest mountains in the area. Just to get a peek at the beauty that that’s all around us. An old Wise person said if you want to see the future climb to the top of a mountain. No matter which way you look, all the directions are your possible future.

According to the Chinese calendar, we are at the middle of the autumn season. In the next week or so we should see the leaves change color. As they are already starting to in the high mountains. Fall should be a time of slowing down getting ready for the winter coming ahead. Have you been slowing down to take care of yourself? Have you slowed down enough to fill your own grief and sadness?

Have you been doing your self-care? Have you gone for a walk in the mountains? Have you gotten your Acupuncture lately?

Fall is a great time to take care of oneself.

Stay warm
Chris
