What if the clue isn't in the symptom... but in what happened just before it?

Symptoms often feel like they come out of nowhere.

GHK teaches us something different: every meaningful biological adaptation has a beginning, even if we don't recognize it in the moment.

The next time you notice a recurring or chronic symptom, pause before you react.

Instead of focusing only on the symptom, ask yourself:
• What was I just thinking about?
• Who was I with?
• What conversation did I just have?
• What did I see, hear, smell, or feel?
• What changed in the moments before this began?

Your biology is constantly responding to your experience. Sometimes the clue isn't years in the past—it may be hidden in the sensory details just minutes before the symptom appeared.

The more you notice these patterns, the more your body's story begins to make sense.

Instead of asking,

I learned to ask,
"What happened before this began?"
