A huge belated THANK YOU to the awesome folks at SERAC who hosted me for my first FULL-DAY training on "Addiction-Proofing Our Youth in a Addictive World" June 22nd.

It was soooooo sarisfying to take this meaty material and pull it out into conversations, activities, self-reflection and planning on how to bring it to our schools, programs and families! With lots of fun woven in (which I insist on)! And SERAC made it freeeeee!

Paid opportunity for teens aged 15-18 who have v**ed ni****ne at least one day in the past month and their parents to be part of a research study on youth va**ng cessation. The goal is to test whether a new program can help teens quit va**ng with support from their parent/guardian. Both the teen and parent/guardian will participate in the study, but their involvement will be separated.

I'm really excited about the upcoming FREE virtual Next Generation Empower Summit 2026 I'm involved in! This one is unique in some really cool ways:

University of Chicago is currently recruiting young adults (ages 18-26) who v**e and want to quit for a completely remote research study. It involves some surveys, saliva samples, and virtual interviews. In turn, our participants will be given 6 weeks of ni****ne replacement therapy and can earn up to $300!
