Today, we proudly celebrate 250 years of American independence. A milestone that honors the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit that have shaped our nation since 1776.

As we reflect on this historic anniversary, we are especially grateful for the veterans, service members, first responders, healthcare professionals, and all those who continue to serve our communities with dedication and compassion.

Nothing beats time on the trail with an amazing team! 🐴🌿

Our StoneCreek Health & Rehabilitation admin staff recently traded the office for the saddle and enjoyed a horseback trail ride together. It was a great opportunity to unwind, connect, and make lasting memories surrounded by beautiful scenery thanks to Sandy Bottom Trail Rides and Jackie Ball!

We're grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have a little fun along the way. Here's to teamwork, adventure, and the trails ahead! 🤠💚
