It’s THAT time of year . . . Transition time. A slow shift from the heat and busyness of summer to the cooler and more nuanced season of fall, which is full of its own transitions. (Somehow an image and feeling of German nesting dolls comes to mind . . .)

We all know the time and the feelings that come with these transitions. To me, it’s a time to reflect and take notice of what’s working and what’s not. Usually it’s a good time to acknowledge the holes in my own self care and to make some changes. How about you?
