This is a terrific illustration of why great posture is so important. The longer a person stays in this head forward position, the more damage they do to themselves. I treat this kind of thing almost every day. The solution begins with getting the brain to reliably find the core muscles that do the heavy work of supporting our spines, then getting the shoulders to relearn their roles, then getting the hips and shoulders to work together. Its fairly straightforward and corrections can be long lasting if the client does their homework.
