Crest View's goal is to facilitate hope and change by improving all-around well-being in our clients.

Drug and alcohol addiction cripple dreams and tear families apart. They affect everyone involved, and at times it can seem like there’s no way out. You may be wondering where you can turn in order to overcome this disease. Fortunately, hope resides in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. At Crest View Recovery Center, our goal is to facilitate hope and initiate change. We strive to improve the physical, spiritual and emotional health of our clients and their families through addiction education, individualized treatment services and holistic approaches. We meet clients wherever they are in recovery while working with them to get the most out of treatment.

Your best friend doesn’t have to stay behind 🐾 For so many people, “I can’t leave my dog” is the reason they put off getting help. We understand. Your pet is family, and sometimes a wagging tail is the comfort you need most.

That’s why pets are welcome at Crest View. 🐶💛

How to bring your pet:

Just bring their vaccination records with you. Our admissions team will walk you through everything else so you and your companion can settle in comfortably.

“Partial hospitalization”… what does that even mean? 🤔
If you’ve heard the term and felt confused, you’re not alone. It’s hard to choose something when you don’t really understand it, so let’s make it simple.

At Crest View, PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) means that for about 30 days, you spend most of your day here in treatment. That includes group therapy, one-on-one sessions, family sessions, and medical support. In the evening, you head back to our housing close by, where you practice real-life skills like cooking and budgeting. 🏡

Your plan is built around you, and so is your plan for when you leave.

Can I keep my phone in rehab? It’s one of the first things people ask us, and it’s a fair question. 📱

Yes, you can. During the day, the focus is on you and your recovery. After the clinical day, it’s phone time. Call your mom. Text your kids. Say goodnight to the people you love.

Can I keep my job if I go to treatment?” It’s one of the first questions people ask us, and it makes sense. Your job pays the rent, and it might be the one thing that still feels steady right now. 💜

That’s where our case manager comes in. They work directly with your employer on things like a leave of absence and FMLA, and help with the paperwork and phone calls so you don’t have to handle it alone. You focus on getting better, and we’ll help with the details.
