More tension doesn’t always mean better results. When using a pe**le traction device, starting with lighter tension is usually the smarter approach. You should feel a gentle stretch, not sharp pain, burning, tingling, or pelvic floor tension.

If you’re clenching your abs, buttocks, or pelvic floor while wearing the device, or experiencing any discomfort, the tension may be too aggressive, or the fit may need adjusting.

What part of the prostate are you stimulating with a prostate massager?

When you insert a finger or a toy like the We-Vibe Vector Plus , you’re stimulating the back of the prostate. Most prostate massagers aren’t designed to reach deeper reproductive organs like the seminal vesicles.

That’s the PG-13 version, friends😉

Pregnancy changes your body long before delivery. Hormones, growing tissues, and months of increased pressure can all influence pelvic floor function and contribute to pain with s*x after having a baby. Recovery is about more than the birth itself.

What should you do if you get an er****on while wearing a pe**le traction device?

First, don’t panic. Most traction devices are designed to be worn while your p***s is flaccid. Continuing to wear it during a full er****on can increase pressure and lead to discomfort, pinching, slipping, discoloration, or unnecessary tissue stress.

Remove the device, let the er****on go down, then reapply it later. If er****ons happen often during wear, reducing the vacuum pressure, lowering the tension, or shortening your session may help.

Can pe**le traction increase p***s length?

The answer isn’t as simple as yes or no. Research in healthy men is still limited, and results vary between studies. Some studies have reported gains in pe**le length of about 1 to 3 cm (0.39 -1.18 inches) after several months of consistent use, but we don’t have a standardized protocol.

Most studies measured stretched flaccid length rather than functional erect length, so it’s important to keep expectations realistic and to understand what the research actually demonstrates with pe**le traction device use.

Did you know your pelvic floor muscles stretch 3-4 times their original size during vaginal birth? Your body does incredible things, but that doesn’t mean recovery is always easy.

For some women, the stretching that happens during delivery can lead to muscle tears, connective tissue injury, or trauma around the vaginal or re**al openings. These changes may contribute to pelvic organ prolapse, bladder leaks, bowel leaks, or pain during s*x after childbirth.

The good news is that many postpartum pelvic floor symptoms can improve with the right education, rehabilitation, and support.

Did you know you can check out pelvic floor muscle function without an internal exam, aka finger up the butt?

In this video, I explain how male pelvic floor ultrasound works and how it helps us evaluate pelvic floor muscle coordination, bladder capacity, bladder emptying, supports pelvic floor training using real-time biofeedback for incontinence recovery after prostate cancer treatment.

You’ll also get a preview of a live model demonstration and see why real-time ultrasound is such a powerful tool for pelvic floor rehabilitation for both men and women on my Patreon.

I’ve spent the last two days training with the incredible Laborie GI clinical education team, learning how to use anore**al manometry for pelvic floor assessment and biofeedback training.

This is some of the most sophisticated, data-driven technology available for evaluating bowel function. It’s the kind of information that a finger up the butt just can’t provide.

Before each test, we perform a digital re**al check. In this patient’s case, when I asked them to contract, relax, and bear down, everything felt normal on exam.

The manometry data told a different story.

The patient demonstrated dyssynergic defecation, where a**l pressures was more than re**al pressures during an attempted poo, and they also failed the balloon expulsion test.

This is why I get so excited about objective assessment tools. They give us real-time data that helps uncover dysfunction we can’t pick with our fingers alone, allowing us to create a more targeted and efficient treatment plan.

I can’t wait to show both pelvic health therapists and patients how freakin’ cool this device is. The future of pelvic therapy is combining skilled hands with data-driven assessments.

A huge shoutout to the best videographer ever, Silas James Rowland for making these videos look so professional and making the entire filming process feel easy peasy 😊
