What if the body is not simply something we inhabit, but an expression of the living universe itself?

In my newest essay, "The Body as a Living Universe", I explore embodied consciousness, Gestalt field theory, the Divine Feminine, the holographic principle, and the possibility that we are not separate observers of life, but participants in a living, relational field.

Perhaps our deepest spiritual invitation is not to transcend the body, but to enter more fully into the mystery revealed through it.
