Shark Week was a FIN-tastic success at Boyd Nursing & Rehabilitation! 🦈💙

We celebrated our incredible Care Team with shark-themed cupcakes, refreshing Shark Attack Dirty Sodas, and even a Baby Shark-themed baby shower for one of our wonderful SRNAs! We wrapped up the week with submarine sandwiches and sea salt potato chips for the perfect Shark Week finale.

The fun wouldn't have been complete without our favorite goose, who proudly sported an adorable shark bathing suit! Each Care Team member also received a shark bracelet and a little shark friend as a reminder that they are truly "Fin-tastic!"

Thank you to our amazing team for the compassion, dedication, and heart you bring to our residents every day. We hope you enjoyed a week filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of shark-sized fun! ♥️

There’s nothing better than a day filled with creativity and great company! 🎨💙 Our residents had a wonderful time visiting the local senior center, where they enjoyed a delicious lunch, painted beautiful works of art, and shared lots of smiles along the way.

Seeing so many happy faces reminds us how important these outings are. They provide opportunities to connect with others, express creativity, and create special memories together.

A big thank you to our amazing Activities Team for making days like this possible and for always bringing so much joy to our residents! We had an incredible day, and we’re already looking forward to our next adventure!

What a beautiful day to enjoy the great outdoors! ☀️ Our residents took advantage of the gorgeous weather with a bus trip to Chick-fil-A, then headed to Ashland Park where they enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch together surrounded by beautiful scenery and fresh air.

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and wonderful conversations as everyone soaked in the sunshine and spent time together. It's days like these that make special memories and remind us how important it is to enjoy life's simple pleasures.
