Polarity Therapy/Energy Medicine is based on the theory that there are patterns/currents of energy in nature (which we ARE part of) that form a matrix or blueprint. This energy is called Prana or Chi and creates healing when it flows freely. Our structure reflects these patterns. If there is injury to the physical body the currents are also distorted. By working with the currents the physical body can heal itself.
