A truth from the book this week.

We rarely think of our words as acts of creation, but Ether teaches otherwise: what we think and speak about ourselves, about our lives, about what’s possible becomes the seed of what we live.

Paperback, ebook, and hardcover are all available now: link in bio.

Long before a house is built, someone speaks the idea. Long before a life changes direction, someone dares to say the sentence out loud: even quietly, even just to themselves.

This is Ether’s teaching: energy moves first through our thoughts, words, and intention, and only later through form.

In Your Loving Power, I write about this as one of the oldest truths we’ve forgotten: that we are not passive in our own lives. We are speaking, always, whether we mean to or not. Ether
asks us to notice what we’ve been saying, and to choose again if it no longer serves.

This is the field of the unknown at its widest: the same intelligence that guided the birds to water, that gave Fire its clarity, that told Air what needed protecting, is the intelligence that turns a spoken intention into a lived reality. Ether is where all of it gathers, hopefully along with True Wisdom.

But creation isn’t instant just because we’ve spoken it. Everything can be created: when we’re ready. Sometimes the waiting is part of what the readiness is made of.

This week, notice one sentence you keep repeating about your life. Is it one you’d choose again?

Ether is different from the other four: she doesn’t stand beside Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.

She holds them. Ether rises above and through all of them, into what I call the Beyond: Universal Energetics, the truth that everything is energy, and everything can be created when we’re ready.

Ether governs communication: the bridge between that Beyond and this life we’re living.

What we speak, what we believe, what we hold as true: this is how Ether moves through us.

Try today’s sixty-second practice in the video: speak one thing you wish to create, out loud, as though it is already arriving.

This week closes our journey through the Five Elements; and it feels only right that it ends here, with what holds all the others. Link in bio.

A truth from the book this week.

We build walls to keep out what hurt us, but walls don’t have a filter: they keep out love just as easily as pain, guided by the same field of the unknown that quietly decides what feels safe to let in.

Paperback, ebook, and hardcover are all available now: link in bio.

A closed heart isn’t broken. It’s protecting something.

Every wall around the heart began as a good idea; a way to survive something that once felt unsurvivable. The trouble is, walls don’t know when the danger has passed. They just keep standing.

In Your Loving Power, I write that so much of what we call a life problem- a strained relationship, a stuck decision, a fear we can’t quite name- traces back to a heart that closed for a good reason once and never got the message it could open again.

I call what reaches those walls the wisdom of love: not love tangled up with our own unhealed emotions, but love in its purity. That purity is what transmutes dysfunction, rather
than simply easing it, and what flows back in its place is functional well-being, often in volumes we didn’t know we had room for. That shift doesn’t stay only emotional. It becomes a shift in consciousness, arriving exactly when we’re spiritually ready for it.

Pure love is the healer.

This is the field of the unknown at work too: your heart already knows what it’s protecting, even when your mind can’t explain it yet. This week, notice one place you’ve been guarded.
Just notice: you don’t have to fix it today.

Air isn’t only breath: in this work, Air governs the heart itself: our capacity to stay open, to receive, to keep loving even after it’s been hard. When we’re connected to her, we open.

When we’re disconnected, we harden without meaning to; an old kind of protection that outlives its usefulness.

Here’s a sixty-second practice for today: place a hand over your heart, take three slow breaths, and ask: what wants to open? Whatever rises, let it.

That’s the same field of the unknown we’ve been circling through Water and Fire; the part of you that already knows
before your mind explains it.

If you’ve walked with me through Water and Fire, you already know I believe a closed heart is often the real story beneath whatever we’re struggling with. Link in bio.

It reminds you that we’re not meant to remain the same, we’re meant to grow, to evolve, to step more fully into who we truly are. When we bring our Fire into balance, with love, integrity, and higher values, it becomes a guiding force, not only in our own lives, but for those around us and the Earth herself.
Where is transformation quietly asking to be honored in your life this week?

A true story about Fire and about what it means to hold space for something greater than
ourselves.

A few years ago, a wildfire began near Klamath Falls and grew so intense it created its own storm, sending heat and smoke high into the stratosphere. I felt drawn to it — not with fear, but with a quiet knowing that I was meant to hold space. I focused, and asked: what can be done? And I felt a presence arrive, strong and steady, ready to meet the moment. What I witnessed changed how I understand Fire. Instead of continuing to spread outward, the fire began to move inward, toward land that had already burned. It began, in its own way, to find its limits. This wasn’t something I did alone. It was something I participated in, held by willingness, love, and true intention.

Fire teaches us that transformation isn’t only about what we control. Sometimes it’s about the presence we bring, and the space we’re willing to hold.

Where in your life is Fire asking you to hold steady, rather than force an outcome?

Meet the second of the Five Elements: Water. Water is the element of feeling — she moves through us as emotion, intuition, and the willingness to let go. Water doesn't resist the shape she's poured into, and she doesn't stay still, either. She teaches us that what needs to move must be allowed to move — guided by an intelligence older than anything we can measure. I call it the field of Innate Intelligence, and this week we'll keep circling back to it.
Here's today's sixty-second practice: pour a glass of water, drink it slowly, and ask yourself one question focusing on Love — what am I ready to release? Just notice what rises. That's all this practice asks of you.

Seven words at the heart of the whole book. 🌎 “What we heal within ourselves ripples outward” — to the people we love, to our communities, and to the living Earth herself. This is not a burden. It is the quiet good news: your healing matters more than you know, and it is already making a difference.

And today brings one more piece of news: the HARDCOVER edition of Your Loving Power is now available — a beautiful, lasting edition through IngramSpark, which means your favorite local bookstore can order it for you, too. All the links are at DianeVictor.com. 📖

This weekend: choose one small act of inner tending — a walk, a breath, sixty seconds of bare feet on the earth — and know that it ripples.
