June is Great Outdoors Month!
It’s the perfect reminder to get outside and breathe in some fresh air — whether you’re hiking a local trail, enjoying a picnic in the park, or relaxing in your own backyard.
While you’re celebrating the season, keep these smart outdoor tips in mind:
o Avoid exercising between 10 AM and 4 PM when the sun’s rays are strongest
o Choose a water‑resistant sunscreen so it stays put even when you sweat
o Reapply sunscreen every 1–2 hours to stay protected
And before you head out, stop by our pharmacy for all your outdoor essentials — sunscreen, insect repellent, allergy relief, and of course… BIOLYTE hydrating drinks to keep you refreshed.

National Sunscreen Day
As the days continue to turn warmer, today serves as a day to remember to wear sunscreen when out in the sun to protect your skin from the harmful rays. It’s important to apply sunscreen every day, not just during summertime or on beach vacations. The sun's UV rays can pe*****te through clouds and glass, which means your skin is susceptible to damage even on cloudy or winter days.

Ask our pharmacist about sun sensitive medications
Some antibiotics, blood pressure medications, and acne treatments can make your skin more reactive to sunlight. Our pharmacist can help you choose the right sunscreen and timing to reduce your risk of burns.
