Meet Austin, who has been a valued member of the team at the Ashtabula Harbor McDonald's for the past two years. As a maintenance employee, Austin takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming for customers. Each morning, he cleans the parking lot, restrooms, machine filters, and much more to ensure everything is in great condition. Austin enjoys seeing the restaurant clean and presentable, knowing his hard work makes a difference.
Austin's manager shares, "Austin is a great worker. He is task-oriented, knows exactly what needs to be done, and you almost never have to ask him to complete a task unless it's something unexpected. It is a great benefit having him here because he is very punctual and helps keep the restaurant looking great."
When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Austin says it's his coworkers. He appreciates working alongside such amazing people and enjoys being part of the team. Outside of work, Austin enjoys riding his bike around town and playing video games.
