Breaking Chains Recovery Services has openings!

We currently have a few openings for afternoon individual therapy clients and openings in our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)!

✨ AFTERNOON INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
We have limited availability for individuals ready to focus on their mental health, recovery, and personal growth.

🗓️ Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
⏰ 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Our programs support individuals navigating mental health challenges, substance use recovery, or both. Wherever you are in your journey, we’re here to help you move forward.

We accept:

As the leaves begin to change, fall reminds us that change can be beautiful. 🍁

Recovery is much the same. It’s about learning to let go of what no longer serves us, finding strength in the difficult seasons, and making room for new beginnings.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be willing to take the next step.

This fall, give yourself permission to grow, to heal, and to become the person you’re meant to be. Remember, letting go isn’t giving up — sometimes it’s the very thing that allows us to rise. 🔥

💔 Grief Isn’t Always About Death.

Sometimes we grieve the childhood we deserved but never had. The person we used to be. Relationships that didn’t turn out the way we hoped. The years we can’t get back, the opportunities we were afraid to take, or the life we imagined for ourselves.

Sometimes we grieve while still showing up every day, smiling on the outside while quietly mourning something no one else can see.

Your grief is valid, even when there wasn’t a funeral. ❤️‍🩹

You are allowed to mourn what you lost, what you never received, and what you hoped would be. You are allowed to miss the old you while making room for who you are becoming.

Healing doesn’t mean pretending it never hurt. It means learning to move forward while giving yourself compassion for everything it took to get here.

At Breaking Chains Recovery Services, we believe healing begins when we acknowledge our pain, honor our experiences, and give ourselves permission to grow.
