Ajax Physical Therapy featured today in a story on ski injuries on Aspen Public Radio! You too can be doing strengthening exercises this summer to reduce your risk of injury this coming winter.

Different types of snow can change how people ski and ride. In a year with historically low snowfall, two local physicians saw athletes face hazards that led to higher-impact injuries.
