OUTDOOR CLASSES ARE BACK!!

Beginning on Wednesday, June 5th, Light House will be back at Swansea Town Beach for YOGA & SOUND HEALING. Catch us every other week this summer on select Wednesdays and Thursdays!

Each event begins with a gentle yoga class, followed by a guided sound meditation leading us into the sunset. You don't want to miss these.. they are sure to be magical!

To all my yogis I want to thank you for the loyalty and support the past 7 years teaching yoga. I have come to a difficult decision to step away from teaching. I treasure each of you and will miss you all but I am sure our paths will cross . I will treasure all the laughs we have had and memories thru the years.
