Malvern Treatment Centers had the honor of attending the West Shore Regional Police Department’s National Night Out! 🚓✨ We assisted A New Tomorrow-Lemoyne with distributing 68 book bags this evening. Thank you, Carissa, for all of your hard work in securing donations so that all of the bags were PACKED with school supplies! And thank you, West Shore Regional Police Department, for hosting this wonderful event!

Supporting our local neighborhoods is at the heart of what we do. Did you know that MTC provides a completely free Recovery Oriented Community (ROC) program for alumni, their families, and community members navigating the recovery system? ROC provides ongoing education, weekly family meetings, and community connection regardless of location.

Hope begins with connection.

Yesterday, members of Malvern Treatment Centers' Recovery Oriented Community (ROC) joined forces with Never Surrender Hope for a day of service, compassion, and purpose.

At Malvern, we know that recovery doesn't happen in isolation. Through our Recovery Oriented Community (ROC), families receive ongoing education, encouragement, and peer support as they navigate their own recovery journey alongside their loved ones. By empowering families and strengthening community connections, we create pathways to lasting healing and recovery.

We are incredibly grateful to our ROC families, volunteers, and our partners at Never Surrender Hope for demonstrating that compassion, dignity, and human connection can change lives.

Because every conversation matters. Every act of kindness matters. And every person deserves hope. 💚

❤️🖤💚 Celebrating Juneteenth at Ford Road ❤️🖤💚

At Malvern Treatment Centers, we believe in fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and belonging. This Juneteenth, staff members at Ford Road came together to honor this important day with celebration, reflection, and community.

Our building was filled with welcoming Juneteenth décor displayed throughout the campus, creating opportunities to recognize and celebrate the history, resilience, and achievements commemorated by Juneteenth—a holiday that honors the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates Black freedom, culture, and progress.

Staff also enjoyed a delicious brunch prepared by our wonderful Dietary Team featuring:

🍞 French Toast
🍳 Spinach, Mushroom & Cheese Frittatas
🧀 Ham & Cheese Frittatas
🥓 Sausage & Bacon
🥔 Home Fries
🥐 Danishes
🍓 Fresh Fruit

To make the day even more special, staff received commemorative Juneteenth cups, temporary Juneteenth tattoos, and decorated Juneteenth pins to wear proudly throughout the celebration.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that bring us together, encourage learning, and celebrate the diversity that strengthens our Malvern community.

Happy Juneteenth to all of our Malvern staff! We hope you enjoyed the festivities and thank you for helping us create a welcoming environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.

Malvern Treatment Centers partnered with the City of York and numerous community organizations during the cleanup of the largest homeless encampment in York's history.

This effort was about so much more than clearing a space—it was about connecting people with resources, support, and hope. We had the opportunity to meet individuals where they were, help identify barriers to stability, and provide pathways to treatment, housing, healthcare, and other essential services.

We are grateful to have worked alongside so many dedicated organizations committed to helping our neighbors get back on their feet. Most importantly, every interaction was rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect.

Real change happens when communities come together.
