-Never leave children unattended around water

Dear Families and Patients,
I will be resigning at the end of February 2026 to spend more time with my parents and family.
I am certain that you will continue to receive excellent care at Patterson and Tedford Pediatrics.
It’s been an honor and my pleasure to take care of you in times of sickness and to watch you grow over the years. Thank you for enriching my life and helping me grow professionally.

As we move through this transition, Patterson and Tedford Pediatrics’ providers will be available in the Atascadero and Arroyo Grande offices to continue providing the exceptional pediatric care that you are accustomed to without interruption.

▪What is Dr Sanchez’s last day? February 23rd, 2026
▪Who will be my pediatrician now? We’re leaving that up to you! Our PTP providers are all accepting new patients. We want you to receive care from the provider that is the best fit for your child.
▪I have CCPN HMO insurance with Dr. Sanchez assigned as my child’s P*P. Can we still be seen? Yes. CCPN has been made aware and will contact your health plan to transition your child’s P*P to Dr. Laura Hutchison. You can continue to be seen by ANY of our providers without interruption.
