If you’ve been in a calorie deficit for too long, your body may be asking for a break.

Comment "Break" if you want my guide to know if a diet break would be a good move for you.

Not because your metabolism is “broken.”
Not because you ruined anything.

But because living in a deficit for months (or years) on end can make it harder to stay consistent, train hard, manage hunger, recover well, and actually feel like a normal human.

Here’s how to know you may need a diet break:
1. Your hunger feels louder than usual
2. Your workouts feel flat
3. You’re constantly thinking about food
4. Your sleep is worse
5. Your mood is all over the place
6. Your cravings feel harder to manage
7. Your weight loss has stalled for several weeks or months) despite consistency
8. You feel burned out from tracking
9. You keep having “screw it” moments on the weekends
10. You’ve been dieting for months with no real maintenance phase

A diet break does not mean quitting!

It means bringing calories back up to maintenance for a period of time so your body and brain can recover before you push again.

Because sometimes the best fat loss move is not pushing harder.
Sometimes it’s taking a strategic pause so you can actually keep going.

Comment BREAK and I’ll send you my free guide on how to know if you need a diet break.

Comment Bbq for the recipe!

This barbecue chicken crust pizza is one of my favorites. You can make it in just about 30 minutes with minimal ingredients and it's got 22 g of protein per slice!

Satisfy your pizza craving and stay in a calorie deficit.

And if you want to know exactly how my clients eat food like this and still reach their fitness goals- join our free 4 day Summer Shred Challenge. June 22-25.

Dm me the word "Shred" for info.

Costco is basically a protein cheat code.

If you’re trying to lose fat, build muscle, or stop snacking all night, these are the high-protein staples I’d look for:

Kirkland Rotisserie Chicken
Kirkland Greek Yogurt
Daisy Cottage Cheese
Kirkland Egg Whites
Fairlife Nutrition Plan Shakes
Premier Protein Shakes
Kirkland Canned Chicken
Kirkland Canned Tuna
Amylu Chicken Burgers
Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage
Kevin’s Natural Foods Meals
Del Real Shredded Chicken
Just Bare Chicken Chunks
Kirkland Salmon
Kirkland Shrimp
Morey’s Salmon
Trident Salmon Burgers
Kodiak Power Cakes
Starbucks Egg Bites
Red’s Egg’Wich
Chomps Beef Sticks
Kirkland Protein Bars
Orgain Protein Powder
Optimum Nutrition Whey

Protein is easier when your house is set up for it.

Yoy can stop making fat loss harder than it needs to be.

Save this before your next Costco run.🙌

Daria had tried every program out there before resorting to a glp1. Even though she lost some weight- she was exhausted & struggled to walk up her stairs.

When she started working with us she was using 5 and 8 lb dumbbells at home and struggled to eat enough food to fuel her workouts and daily life.

She gradually stopped her glp1, started eating more, lifting more, and her energy and confidence came back in full force!

Now she's working out at the gym lifting heavy weights and down 30 lbs. She no longer has to live her life in a calorie deficit.

When you build more muscle, you gain more flexibility with your nutrition.

If you want a custom plan so you can lose weight, build muscle, and feel confident in your skin again...

Comment "Strength" for more info! 🔥♥️💪

I don't meal prep- I prep ingredients for the week.

And these sweet potatoes are literally my favorite by far. The caramelized edges are crisp and sweet- I typically don't even use butter...just a little salt. 🤌

1. Cut your sweet potatoes in half lengthwise.
2. Drizzle 5 to 6 G of olive oil on a parchment lined baking tray.
3. Rub the sweet potatoes in the oil and leave them face down.
4. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes depending on size.
5. They're done when they give slightly to pressure.

Tell me in the comments- are you a meal prepper or a bulk prepper?
