With specialized training in infant and perinatal mental health, Roya works with clients navigating postpartum anxiety and depression, overwhelm, attachment concerns, family dynamic challenges, and feelings of disconnection from themselves, their partner, or their baby. May is no joke.

The end-of-school chaos, the nonstop practices, performances, spirit weeks, sign-ups, schedule juggling, emotional labor, and trying to keep everyone afloat while quietly running on empty yourself.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, touched out, exhausted, or like your brain has 37 tabs open at all times… you are not alone. A lot is being carried by moms this time of year, even when it looks “fun” from the outside.
