Cole serves as our Behavioral Health Supervisor, and his passion for helping others shines through in everything he does. His mission is simple: build a compassionate team that inspires hope, supports recovery, and changes lives.

Originally recruited to Serenity Grove through his work in the recovery field, Cole relocated to Athens to join our team and has become an invaluable part of our mission.

Sara brings more than 30 years of admissions experience, including the last 10 years in behavioral health. As a woman in long-term recovery, she understands the courage it takes to ask for help and meets every guest and family with compassion, empathy, and hope.

Her heart for people, dedication, and unwavering commitment make a difference every single day. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of the Serenity Grove family.

🌿 Employee Spotlight | Kaitlin Hubbard 🌿

As one of our dedicated Case Managers, Kaitlin brings compassion, heart, and purpose to every guest she serves. She believes in helping individuals rebuild their lives and feels honored to walk alongside people on their healing journey.

Kaitlin chose Serenity Grove because of the incredible team and the shared commitment to creating an environment where healing, growth, and lasting change can happen. Her passion for serving others is evident in everything she does.

Originally from Gainesville, Kaitlin recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Georgia. She is now pursuing her Master of Social Work with the goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Outside of work, you’ll find her playing music (she can play three instruments! 🎶), enjoying the outdoors, spending time with her husband and their cats, or making memories with family.

Today we’re celebrating Cortney “RaRa” Peardon, one of the team members selected as this month’s Employee of the Month! 💚

RaRa’s positive attitude, genuine care for others, and servant-hearted approach make him a valued part of the Serenity Grove family. He has a unique ability to connect with both guests and coworkers, offering encouragement, support, and a welcoming presence that helps everyone feel seen and appreciated.

Beyond his role as Kitchen Manager, RaRa leads by example through his commitment to personal growth and recovery. His perseverance, gratitude, and dedication continue to inspire those around him every day.

We’re especially proud of a recent milestone in his journey: regaining his driver’s license. This accomplishment reflects the hard work, determination, and progress he continues to make, and we are honored to celebrate it alongside him.

RaRa brings heart, authenticity, and a strong work ethic to everything he does. Whether he’s helping guests, supporting teammates, or simply brightening someone’s day, his impact reaches far beyond the kitchen.
