Virtual counseling is also provided for individuals and couples/relationships throughout GA and for SC. Counseling services for different issues related to various kinds of relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, depression, etc. Currently self-pay only/out-of-network with insurance companies. The practice will provide monthly Superbills to file with your insurance for possible direct reimbursement.

Lack of boundaries and people pleasing cause us to betray ourselves for the sake of not wanting others to be mad at us or think wrong of us or because they need help. When we finally put boundaries in place, we’re re-prioritizing ourselves and getting to know us again. It’s not an easy or happy transition to make sometimes, but it’s doable and so worth it!
