June Clinic dates for the Good Faith Clinic include
June 11th (2nd Thursday)
June 25th (4th Thursday)

Sign up to see the providers and for refills begin at 3 pm.
Those not working should arrive no later than 430pm to avoid not being seen.

Sign in to have your test results reviewed with you beginning at 345pm. This helps you to avoid longer wait time.

On June 11th we will have an insurance representative there to answer questions regarding insurance particularly those who may be turning 65 soon.

Serve and Sow ministry will also be present to aid in counciling.

Doors open at 3pm for physician visits and for refills. Unless you are working,triage ends at 430pm
If you are coming for test results, we would like you to come at 345pm. You will not have to wait as long and we will know that your results have been reviewed by the physicians.

GFC will be open Thurs, March 26th. Sign ups will begin at 3pm. We will not have access to the church on Thur, so we will be triaging outside.

Remember GFC is a free medical clinic for the uninsured of Mcminn and Meigs county residents. We are a United Way Agency.
