📢 Important Facility Update
Avir at Athens would like to share an important update with our families and responsible parties. On June 14, 2026, heavy rains caused flooding in our facility, and we are now preparing for major repairs to help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. These repairs will take place in carefully planned phases, and as each phase begins, residents may be temporarily moved to another wing within the facility. Families will be notified individually and directly when any temporary move is needed.
There is nothing families need to do at this time. We simply want to keep you informed and maintain clear communication throughout this process. Thank you for your continued patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work through these repairs.
