The postpartum MILK MAKER drink I didn’t know I needed 🤰💕

I’m literally obsessed. Since having my second baby, staying hydrated while breastfeeding has been HARD—but this strawberry coconut refresher has been a game changer.

It tastes like a treat, helps with milk supply, and gives me something to look forward to during those 3am feeds when I’m running on fumes.

Recipe:
∙ 1 cup coconut water (i like the pineapple version)
∙ 3 tbsp cranberry juice
∙ 3 tbsp heavy cream
∙ ¼ tsp vanilla (don’t need but adds more flavor)
∙ Ice
∙ Cut up strawberries

Blend it up and thank me later 🍓✨

The best part? You can adjust everything to your taste.
