This is Hayley at roughly 2 months post-op after a SMAS facelift, platysmaplasty, and CO2 laser, and she is just getting started.

The SMAS facelift lifted and repositioned the deeper facial structures for a result that looks natural, not pulled. The platysmaplasty tightened the neck muscles for a cleaner jawline and profile. The CO2 laser addressed skin texture, tone, and fine lines on the surface. Together, these three procedures work on every layer — and the final result only continues to improve from here.

At 2 months, swelling is still fully resolving and the skin is still refining. What you're seeing now is not even her final result.
