A Birthday Wish Come True!

Sometimes, the most meaningful gifts are the moments we share with the people we love most.

For her birthday, Mary wished for a special fishing trip alongside her beloved husband. With Mary receiving hospice care, this day together was especially precious.

With picture-perfect weather, fish to catch, ducks stopping by to greet the happy couple, and a comforting support from the therapy dog, the day was filled with smiles, love, and moments to treasure. Most importantly, it gave Mary and her husband the gift of uninterrupted time together, creating cherished memories they can hold close to their hearts.

VG Nursing & Rehab is truly honored to have helped make Mary's birthday wish come true. It was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the simplest moments become our most treasured memories.

Because every wish matters, every moment is precious, and love is always worth celebrating.

A Little Fall & Pre-Halloween Fun at VG Nursing & Rehab!

VG Nursing & Rehab enjoyed some festive seasonal treats! They sipped on specialty drinks like Fanta Jack-O’-Lantern Floats and Scream Shirley Temples, accompanied by Witch’s Cauldron Candy to sweeten up the season!

The fun didn’t stop with the treats! Residents shared a few Halloween jokes, enjoyed some spooky ghost stories, and reminisced about their favorite Trick-or-Treating memories from years past. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and Halloween spirit to go around!

It was a boo-tiful way to make memories and celebrate the season together!
