Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my practice, Evolve Behavioral: Advanced Psych Services. After spending the first part of my career teaching and treating within hospital systems, I have decided to open a private practice in the hopes of become a leading voice for mental health and wellness in the community.

In practice I specialize in Health Psychology and have a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. I also continue to teach, provide consultation in the corporate world, and provide workshop series and invited talks. My practice is currently telehealth based with the intention of meeting you where you are at both physically and psychologically.
