Good day good people!
We've got some really good opportunities for Self-Ease in the upcoming weeks! I hope that you'll come and partake in these good times.

First up! This Saturday:
♾️I'll be bathing la gente buena with sound vibes with .

Later this Saturday, you can catch me serving 20-minute doses of
♾️Self-Ease from 4-6pm Summer of Soccer. No mats needed. We'll flow through a standing sequence.

♾️Self-Ease on the Beltline are our Sundays and Mondays for Free Fitness with
Sundays on the Great Lawn 10am
Mondays on the 6pm

Next Sunday, we'll be joining Juneteenth Celebration, kicking off the day with a Self-Ease Yoga class from 12pm-12:45. BYOB (bring your own mat).

Get in where you fit in! All these events are free (I think). I hope to see you and your crew--invite your family, friends, co-workers. Until then, -care. 🧘🏽‍♀️♾️

1st day of Self-Ease on the Beltline at Lee + White. DONE ✅

It was a little like the first day of school—ya girl was a little anxious. I laid my clothes out the night before. I knew how I was going to wear my hair 🤪 And I wondered how it would go and if anyone I knew was going to be there. 😂

Thanks to everyone that came out. See you next week. We’re building something powerful on the southside.
