Abby and Dara began working together in 2008. They were both trained at the Atlanta School of Massage and have shared a commitment to continually refining and expanding their skills through continued education over the course of their careers. Abby Ellis began her massage career in 2002 following her graduation from the Atlanta School of Massage. Voted Best Massage in Atlanta in Atlanta Magazine t

hree times, she has been recognized as a leader in her field and is a nationally certified board approved continuing education provider (provider number 1030). Abby was originally trained in a clinical massage program with an emphasis on sports massage. Although she has learned many techniques through continued study over the past decade, her true talent is helping to heal injuries, both chronic and acute. She has developed a strong following with many types of athletes, especially runners. Abby uses neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage, and cupping therapy to relieve pain and promote relaxation. She is also certified in pregnancy massage and Reiki. Dara Metcalfe received her training from the Atlanta school of Massage and has over ten years of experience as an intuitive bodyworker, healer, and Reiki Master Practitioner. Through her training and continued directed studies, Dara's vast experience includes healing modalities such as Tuina, Shiatsu, Swedish, Thai, Acupressure, Reiki, and Pregnancy Massage. Based on your specific needs and goals, Dara intuits which healing modalities best serve you. Dara believes that massage therapy and Reiki help to create an optimal environment to promote the body's innate tendency towards healing, both in body and mind. Dara is a Certified Transformational Life Coach and Women's Circle Facilitator, as well as being recognized in her community as a leader in energy work. Meet Abbey, our newest massage therapist here at Future Perfect! Abbey specializes in our Future Perfect massage, and deep tissue. Starting in July, she will also provide cupping massages!
Abbey enjoys incorporating sound and vibrational therapy into the sessions by using tuning forks. She also is intentional with the playlist she uses for each client, whether it’s binaural beats, a peaceful mountain stream, or a personalized playlist for those looking for a journey within the massage.
