C L A I R T Y Q U E S T I O N S

Reflection is healthy — but without intention, it can easily turn into overthinking, self-criticism, or comparison.
These four questions help you look back with compassion, not pressure, so you can step into the new year grounded and clear:

1. What am I proud of myself for this year?
Big or small — what did you survive, learn, or show up for?
Let pride be part of your reflection, not an afterthought.

2. What drained me — and what does that teach me?
Instead of blaming yourself, get curious.
Your exhaustion is information, not failure.

3. What supported my wellbeing the most?
Think about the habits, people, or boundaries that helped you feel most like you.
These are the things to bring with you.

4. What do I want more of next year — and what needs to shift to make space for it?
This isn’t about reinventing yourself.
It’s about aligning with what feels true, peaceful, and sustainable.

✨ You can reflect without spiraling when you center compassion over perfection, awareness over judgment, and curiosity over pressure.

If you want, I can create a caption or a slide-by-slide carousel script to match this!

W H I C H D O Y O U D O ?

There’s a big difference between paying attention to yourself and tearing yourself apart.
Self-awareness helps you understand your patterns with compassion.
Self-judgment turns every feeling into a flaw.

When you meet your emotions with curiosity instead of criticism, you give yourself room to grow.
You don’t need to shame yourself into change — you just need to listen to what your inner world is trying to tell you.

Awareness invites healing.
Judgment shuts it down.

Choose the voice that softens you, not the one that shrinks you. 🌿
