Big day for Lindsay! 🎉 She officially completed her first day of massage therapy school today!

We’re all so excited for her as she starts this new chapter, learns a whole new skill set, and works toward becoming a licensed massage therapist. 💆‍♀️

So proud of her for taking the leap and starting something new. Here’s to day one—and everything ahead! ❤️📚✨

🐾 Pets of the Week: Freddy & George 🐾

Meet Freddy and George, this week’s very attentive supervisors. 😻😻

These two were incredibly curious and kept a close eye on everything happening during the visit. Clearly, nothing gets past them in their house. 😂

Thanks for the purrfect supervision, Freddy and George! ❤️🐾

🐾 KRU Pet of the Week: Ike 🐾

A very happy belated National Dog Day from KRU Mobile PT! 🐶❤️

Meet Ike! He’s a big supporter of his parents and their hard work. He shows his encouragement with a big smile, a firm handshake, and plenty of moral support! 😂

Know Your Body. Transform Your Life. 💙

Today, we went to get DEXA scans together (Lindsay’s first time!). Having objective data helps set meaningful health goals and track progress over time. 🤓

DEXA scans measure body fat, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, and bone mineral density—giving you a clearer picture of your health than the scale alone.

We’re excited to partner with DEXAFIT Atlanta to offer the KRU Mobile PT community an exclusive $99 DEXA Body Composition Scan.

📩 Comment below or DM us “DEXA” for the exclusive booking link and discount code!

🐾 Pet of the Week 🐾

In honor of National Mutt Day, we’re celebrating our Pet of the Week trio—Emie, Ivy, and Skye! 💚

These sweet sisters are always happy to see Kira and greet her with wagging tails at every visit. They bring so much joy to each session, and we’re so lucky to have them as part of the KRU Mobile PT family.

Thanks for making every visit a little brighter, girls! 🐶🐶🐶

🐾 KRU Pet of the Week: Dozier 🐾

Meet Dozier, KRU Mobile PT’s favorite greeter! He always lets his parents know it’s time for a visit and is the first to welcome everyone at the door.

His favorite part of every visit? Plenty of pets before settling in to supervise. Thanks for always making every visit a little brighter, Dozier! ❤️🐾
