Day in my life as an esthetician:
standing for hours, bending, focusing, pouring into clients…

And if I’m honest, that kind of work adds up on your body

So this?
This is part of my routine now ✨

Using my teeter, slowing down, taking care of my back…
because I refuse to wait until burnout or pain forces me to

Slowing down isn’t falling behind
It’s how I protect my body so I can keep doing what I love

Because let’s be real…
either you take care of your body now
or you pay for it later (hello chiropractor bills 😅)
