I had the opportunity to sit down with VoyageATL to share more about my work, my values, and the journey that’s shaped both.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned—through life and through my clients—is that so many of us are quietly trying to “get it right.” Over time, I’ve come to believe the real work is letting go of that pressure and learning to trust ourselves instead.

Grateful for this work, and for the people who allow me to be part of their stories.

Group therapy offers additional dimensions to individual therapy! The group experience creates a microcosm of the macro world in which we live. We often replicate our large world experiences in the small group, thus providing an opportunity to play, experiment, explore, and define how we show up in our worlds.
