Sometimes it’s not a crisis.
It’s just this quiet sense that something isn’t working anymore.
You’re showing up. Keeping things moving. Doing what you’re supposed to do.
But underneath that… things feel heavy, disconnected, or harder than they should be.
A lot of people I work with are used to being the one who holds it together.
The one others rely on.
The one who figures things out.
Until that starts to feel exhausting.
That’s often where therapy begins.
I’m an LGBTQIA+ therapist working from within the community 🏳️🌈, offering virtual sessions across Georgia.
My work focuses on helping you slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find a way forward that actually fits you.
If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy—or even just wondering if it might help—you’re welcome to reach out.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own 🤍
