A lot of people I work with are used to being the one who holds it together.
The one others rely on.
The one who figures things out.

Until that starts to feel exhausting.

That’s often where therapy begins.

I’m an LGBTQIA+ therapist working from within the community 🏳️‍🌈, offering virtual sessions across Georgia.
