Life has gotten in the way between moving and my mom being sick, among other things so September is my reset.i bought and downloaded a 90 day reset digital planner from Women 35+ | Faith + Curvy Style. I have moved back to Cobb county and I am literally down the street from a Planet fitness, I have bought my groceries for meal@prepping for the next couple of weeks and I will be attending Jackie Paige class on Sept 19. You should join me.

No matter how many time you stop, make sure to start again…that is called a pause. Let’s restart together!!! Move your body, love your curves

Also tag any fitness classes, I should know about in Cobb County, please and thank you!!
