Intellistars ABA We believe we do the best work when we can see our efforts take effect.

That’s why we favor the learning environment most natural to the child under our care: your home. With two offices in Georgia and a nationwide growth plan, we become part of your child’s family so we can observe them, serve them, and celebrate them from win to win.

🚪 One knock at the door. One simple skill. One BIG difference for a family. 💙

At our Cocktails & Connections event at Topgolf, Dr. Monica Gillespie shared a Care to Share moment that stuck with us. ⭐

For one family, hearing a knock at the door brought immediate worry. Their child would open the door without a caregiver present, turning something as ordinary as a visitor arriving into a serious safety concern. So, Dr. Gillespie worked on one clear goal: when someone knocks, don’t open the door, get a caregiver.

He learned to say, “Mom, someone’s at the door,” or “Dad, can we see who came to visit?” And the incredible part? Within just ONE week, he got it. 🙌

A skill that may sound small became something huge for this family, giving their child a safer way to respond and his caregivers greater peace of mind. 💙

Because sometimes the biggest wins aren’t big milestones - they’re the everyday moments that change how a family lives.

What’s an everyday skill you’ve seen make a BIG difference for a child or family? ⬇️

🎉 Ribbon Cutting Day: Riverdale East Premier ABA Therapy Centre is NOW OPEN! 🎉

We're thrilled to share that we have officially cut the ribbon on our newest location, Riverdale East Premier ABA Therapy Centre! 💙✨

The celebration brought together our care team, and community partners, including representatives from the Mayor's office, who joined us to mark the occasion. Seeing so many familiar faces in one room said everything about what this community means to us. 💙

This new center means more room to welcome local children and families, with individualized support, one-on-one learning spaces, opportunities for peer connection, and a warm environment designed with comfort in mind.

As we open our doors at Riverdale East, our commitment stays the same: compassionate, family-centered ABA services that help children build meaningful skills at home, in school, and throughout their community. 💙

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us - team members, city leaders, and community partners. Your support made this moment possible. 🙌

Here's to serving even more families at Riverdale East! 🌟

Love isn’t always expressed through big hugs, long conversations, or the words “I love you.”

Sometimes, it looks like sharing a favorite interest.
Sitting quietly together.
Reaching for a familiar hand.
Inviting someone into a carefully created routine, or saving them the best spot on the couch.

Autistic people may express affection in ways that are subtle, unexpected, or entirely their own. When we stop searching for one “right” expression of love, we begin to notice how much of it has been there all along.

Love doesn’t need to look typical to be deeply felt. 💙

A little color can create a big moment of connection. 🎨✨

We are excited to share these coloring books with the children and families we work with. 🖍️💙

They are a simple, fun way to encourage creativity, spark conversation, and create welcoming moments together. Whether it is choosing a favourite color, filling a page with bold designs, or simply enjoying a quiet activity, every child can make it their own. 🌈

Sometimes connection starts in the smallest ways, and a few crayons can be a beautiful place to begin. 😊

🦉 DIY: Pinecone Owl Craft🍂

Turn a simple pinecone into an adorable woodland friend! With felt wings, big eyes, and a tiny beak, kids can design an owl filled with personality while enjoying a fun fall crafting activity. ✨

✨ What you’ll need:

A pinecone Colored felt or construction paper Googly eyes or paper eyes Glue Child-safe scissors
A pencil Tongs or a cloth for handling the pinecone, if preferred

🦉 How to make it:
🍂 Choose a pinecone with enough space between its scales for adding decorations.
✏️ Draw and cut out two wings, two circles for the eyes, and a small triangle beak.
👀 Glue the eye circles onto the pinecone, then add the googly or paper eyes.
🧡 Attach the beak beneath the eyes and glue one wing onto each side.
✨ Add eyebrows, feet, feathers, or other decorations to give the owl its own personality.
⏳ Let the glue dry before displaying or playing with the new woodland friend! 💬

Keep the creativity going by asking:
“What colors should the owl’s wings be?”
“What expression does the owl have?”
“Where do you think the owl lives?”
“What name would you give it?”

💙 Cutting, placing, and gluing the small pieces supports fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, planning, and creative decision-making. The finished owl can also inspire storytelling, imaginative play, and conversations about emotions. For anyone who prefers not to touch the pinecone’s texture, tongs, gloves, or a cloth can make the activity more comfortable.
