We are elated to announce the arrival of a new physician at Arbor! Dr. Tambari Piawah is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor focus in Family, Youth and Community sciences at the University of Florida. She went on to receive her Masters Degree in Medical Science and her Medical Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She completed her OBGYN residency at Morehouse School of Medicine here in Atlanta, delivering hundreds of Grady babies. Through-out residency, Dr. Piawah was inducted to the AOA Honor Medical Society and received multiple awards highlighting her dedication to patient care and surgical skills.

Dr. Piawah is excited to continue to call Atlanta home and dedicate her practice to providing exquisite and safe obstetric and gynecologic care and to further develop her special interests in health disparities, minimally invasive treatments and reproductive mental health. She joins us in September and will be a fabulous addition to our team!
