“How do you know where to adjust me?” We listen to your body!

The Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI) framework allows us to listen more deeply to your body’s needs, so we can address them through your innate geometry. How do we do that?

We first acknowledge that everything is energy, and therefore has its own tone (or frequency). When we are working through and releasing your patterns of distortions caused by stored experiences, we tune into their tone in order to facilitate the release of that pattern.

So if something is bothering you because it’s ready to be released, your body is going to lead us directly to it.

It’s not magic, but it can feel like a magical experience!
