Preparing couples for birth and postpartum through mindfulness and movement is one of my absolute favorite spaces to hold. It can be so incredibly overwhelming and anxiety inducing, not to mention, boring!
A Mindful Birth is an interactive, hands on birth and postpartum education class. We meet Dr. Liliana Warner Tuesday evenings for six weeks. Each class includes movement and relaxation practices for pregnancy, labor and postpartum, education, and conversations amongst the group.
Each couple will receive a spiral bound workbook full of information and graphic organizers.
This class is the same as Passage to Birth, however it has been broken down into a 6 week series to cover topics with more depth.
Class starts September 1st!
