I’ve never been one to shy away from speaking my mind especially when it comes to the passion I have about growing older. I’ve seen women who are 30 and old and women in their 70’s who are young. Take care of yourself spiritually, mentally and physically… and surround yourself with young true friends. No secret; that’s it!

My nurse bestie is exactly 20 years younger than me and she never treats me differently! I love you 😘😘
