Today marks the start of the World Cup, with the official opening occurring this evening. Hundreds of thousands of fans are expected to gather in the city for eight matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. If you are traveling to any Atlanta VAHCS facilities, please be advised that there may be significant delays of approximately two hours before and after each match.
